Well, the fern died and the palm is limping along. But these worked great on the bamboo.

The fern was a Boston Fern and probably destined for extinction in my hot, dry house. I'm not so sure about the palm. I can't tell if it has too much or too little light.

That said, the bamboo (the real stuff, not a dracaena) is responding very well, and so is the banana tree. All are indoor plants placed in a floor-to-ceiling window providing abundant, but indirect light. I've tried Boston Ferns before and failed every time.

I just received the laser level and it works fine, but the 3m adhesive that comes in the package will pull the paint off walls! Don't use the adhesive because it took the Benjamin Moore paint right off. Just a warning! Be careful!

The concept of this product is good. Nice display, and timer. Different modes for cooking, and has the temperature levels for different foods pre programmed.

However, both of my probes failed after very little use. They are not well designed, and cannot take the normal wear and tear of the kitchen.

This product does all that it was advertised to do and has plenty of outlets--2 standard wall outlets, a car outlet and a USB outlet. You can run a cell phone charger, a satellite radio and your MP3 player off of this power inverter. The one glitch, it has to be turned off and on--in other words, when you plug in a device, it will not start charging right away--you must flip the power switch back to off and then on again. Don't assume that just because you have it turned on that it is actually charging. It is a small inconvenience, but otherwise, the product works great!

Broken spading fork - J. Benway -
Had this item about 4 months tilling the ground removing weeds and hit part of a tree root. I believe this is about the third time I have used it. the end of the fork broke off where the fork and handle meet. I also paid almost double the current price for it. It does not have a solid handle. I would not recommend this item for anything other than the lightest duty, like scratching sand. Another fine product from China.

I bought this vac after returning a different one I bought at my local pool store made by Polaris. Needless to say, this vacuum exceeds my expectations. It's easy to set up, cranks around flawlessly, and picks up EVERYTHING including larger leaves and finer sticks. I would highly recommend this product. Don't screw around, just get it. You won't be unhappy. I have a 27' round 52" deep and the hose length is just about right. My filter is a Hayward sand 1.5 HP.

We have a smallish yard in San Francisco - rectangular. We are trying to minimize the amount of wasted water.

This product seemed to be the perfect solution, but it doesn't work quite as well as it should:

1. There are stronger areas and weaker areas - so, if you're using the square, there might be one side of the square where the water goes further than the other side. Thus, not quite a square.

2. Missing a couple of shapes - as noted by the other reviewer.

Really wanted this to work. It's a great idea, just doesn't quite do the job.

The Fiskars 7870 Uproot Weeder is a great tool and really works. I have been able to pull up roots that are 1" around and 10" long. I have a side lot that has been taken over by large weeds since the grass died. I am clearing the weeds by hand and pulling them up by the roots. Great product. I have told people how great this tool works. Alot of the products I buy do not work, the Fiskars 7870 Uproot weeder does work and I love it!
